Prepayment Policy

A prepayment of 1000 THB is required to confirm your photoshoot booking. This is necessary to secure your spot in my schedule and confirm your serious intention. Payment can be made in any convenient way as discussed in personal messages

Why is the prepayment non-refundable?

1. Time Block: When you book a photoshoot, I reserve the time exclusively for you. This means that the time cannot be used for other clients. If the session is canceled, other opportunities for shoots may be lost, and the prepayment helps compensate for this loss
2. Preparation: Every photoshoot requires preparation, from location selection to other organizational matters. These actions require time and effort that begin before your session and cannot be canceled
3. Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, rescheduling is only possible in the case of force majeure (such as illness, natural disasters) and if I have available time for a new date. In other cases, the prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable

• Please be punctual, come to the photo shoot on time or 5-10 minutes before. The time and lighting features at each location are thought out. I can have several shoots per day, let’s appreciate  and respect each other’s time. I can be hold for 15 minutes maximum without additional payment.
• Kindly ask you, for several days prior the photo shoot, apply sunscreen very generously to all skin areas, even if it is cloudy outside. Do this every 2 hours. If you get sunburned, I do not always have the ability to remove the redness of the skin.
  
• If you need a cab — the Indrive app is the best taxi  option for Koh Samui
• Stuff to take with you to the photo shoot: water, a comb, a mirror, dry tissues and wipes, sunglasses (required for children). If you are with a kid, the best way to convience him (her) for a photo shoot is to promise a small gift, it always works. And do not forget to take care of the beauty and safety of your skin — apply sunscreen to all areas.
• If you DO NOT want your photos to be published on my social networks, please let me know in advance.

What’s Included in Retouching:

• Skin tone work - this is my top priority
  
• Color correction of the sky, background, clothing, hair, and objects in the frame
  
• Removal of anything distracting or unnecessary from the photo
  
• Creating a unified style and color harmony throughout the entire shoot
  
• Light removal of small skin imperfections (breakouts, redness)

What’s Not Included in Retouching:

• Changing facial features
  
• Body slimming, full removal of belly or folds
  
• Hair: I can’t re-style, straighten, curl, or make your hair appear clean
  
• Ironing clothes, removing wrinkles or stains
  
• Adding makeup
• Manicure or changing nail color

• First 20–40% of final photos — within 10 business days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days)
  
• Full gallery — within 20 business days from the shoot date
• You will receive your photos as a personal online gallery, accessible only to you
• You can choose all the photos for retouching yourself, or I can make the selection for you
• Photo selection is very easy just 1–2 clicks, no downloads or special programs needed
• The gallery looks like a photo album on your phone: simply tap ❤️ on the photos you like
• You can also download all raw images optimized for both phone and computer
